We know pets are an important part of the family. We are excited to welcome most dog breeds, with the few exceptions below:

Mixed breeds containing any portion of the above breeds
and/or dogs resembling the above breeds.

Visit our very own community dog park, where everyone knows your dog’s name!

Take your dog for a walk at Lake Norman State ParkRamsey Creek Dog Park, a favorite local spot for dogs of all ages and sizes, only 2.5 miles away.

You can also take your pet for a stroll around the neighborhood. There is a nature/walking trail bordering the lake that dogs love.
We are also pleased to offer pet stations in convenient locations throughout the community.
